Your appointments are very important to me! I kindly ask that you please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you do not, 30% of your grand total will be charged to the card on file. I understand life happens, so please reach out! No show Policy - If you no-show, 45% of your grand total will be charged to the card on file. Again, I understand life happens so please reach out! Late policy - If you are up to 15 minutes late I will provide part of the service that will fit within your original time slot. This means I may have to cut your massage etc. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule. If I have availability later that day, I will try to get you in. Thank you for understanding and valuing my time! First time clients - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to go over paperwork and bring a photo of all current products you’re using at home! This will help you get an even better consultation! Children - I unfortunately cannot allow children under the age of 10 in my treatment room due to insurance purposes. Thank you for understanding.
